While I am new to Joomla! and have spent numerous tutorial, video hours, and memberships with various parties, and have yet to finish my end product; I am completely satisfied with Pixel Theme Studio. At the end of the day I made the switch to them for their clean, sleek and consistent style themes for my business. Once I got going with the product I was even more enthused because of what was backing their online presence and image -- Customer Service. Businesses of yesterday used to be very helpful, responsive and personable. Today, many are service oriented but more on the I give you a product, you have my money, that's it and "good luck" mentality. Pixel Theme operates on yesterday's mentality. ! They respond in an appropriate amount of time, are personable, have excellent service and truly work with you. They set the caliber for what businesses of today can take a lesson from. I hope as they grow and expand they stay consistent.
